Shipping Policy

Eileen Haisler Sensitive makes resonable attempts at estimating proper shipping charges. If for any reason the actual shipping charges of any delivery are unreasonably exorbant when compared to the estimated shipping charges (i.e. the actual shipping charges are considerably higher than the total cost of the purchase plus estimated shipping), then you will be contacted before the item(s) is/are shipped, and you may opt to do any of the following:

• Pay the additional shipping charges.
• Make different shipping arrangements.
• Request a refund.
• Inquire about other options.

Returns Policy

Merchandise has a 15-day return policy, which starts at the estimated time of delivery arrival. If you are unsatisfied with your item purchase(s), they may be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item(s) being returned and applicable item sales tax. Delivery charges and applicable delivery sales tax are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned safely to the store within thrity (30) days of the issuance of the return matirial authorization code in order to recieve the full applicable refund amount. Return delivery charges are not refunded.
